
Christian Archer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Perfected Claims, a mass tort litigation support firm. As a nationally recognized political thought leader and entrepreneur, Christian brings extensive leadership expertise from his career roles advising Fortune 500 companies, international CEOs, and NFL football teams in various business and government affairs.
Following the aftermath of the 2017-2018 California wildfires, Christian played a pivotal role in securing a multi-billion dollar settlement for mass tort claimants. He founded Perfected Claims to streamline the complex litigation process, enabling law firms and claimants to pursue justice and compensation with ease.
Christian has three children and lives with his partner Sandra in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.
Spencer Zack is the Head of Business Development at Perfected Claims. He is responsible for driving the company’s top-line revenue growth by generating new sales leads, identifying key market opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships in support of the Perfected Claims mission.
In 2017, Spencer led the company’s acquisition campaigns in a ground tort representing the victims of the 2017-18 California wildfires. He managed two offices and a team of 25 staff members while serving more than 13,000 claimants in the case.
A native of Schenectady, New York, Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Babson College. When he’s not working, he spends time with his wife and 3 daughters and occasionally plays golf.
Leslie Smith is the Chief Commercial Officer at Perfected Claims, where she helps guide and coordinate key business areas like operations, marketing, and business development, ensuring the company continues to deliver exceptional service.
Leslie comes to the company following nearly 15 years of experience in mass tort legal services. Before heading operations at the company, she served as the Senior Director of Client Services and Operations at Epiq Mass Tort and she previously held roles in client services for Garretson Resolution Group.
Since joining Perfected Claims, Leslie has played a pivotal role in implementing the firm’s Case Development solutions, as well as expanding its service lines to include Case Acquisition and Case Resolution coordination.
Leslie holds a B.A. in Communications and Business from Lenoir-Rhyne University. She lives in Lancaster, South Carolina, with her husband, Kevin, and their children.
Michael Stanisci is Perfected Claims’ Business Development Executive. He provides consultative solutions tailored to the needs of lawyers, law firms, and investors navigating complex mass tort cases.
Michael comes to Perfected Claims following more than 15 years in mass torts and personal injury lead acquisition. His background includes various leadership positions at organizations including Martindale-Hubbell (LexisNexis), Martindale-Nolo (Internet Brands), and Intake Desk. Michael has helped law firms grow their practices and is trusted by some of the nation’s leading firms managing annual portfolios in excess of $20MM. He was also a co-founder at Mass Traffic LLC, an online consumer advocacy resource.
Beyond his professional commitments, Michael balances his workload with hobbies such as video gaming, reading science fiction, and playing bass guitar. He resides in Cranford, NJ, with his wife, two daughters, and three furry canine companions.
Kate McDonald, the Market Research Manager for Perfected Claims, is responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to analyze the competitive landscape and provide valuable industry intelligence. Kate gathers insights on key industry influences, settlement attorneys, and mass tort pipelines to inform strategic business decisions. By leveraging industry knowledge, Kate helps executive and senior leadership identify opportunities and navigate market dynamics effectively.
Kate holds a B.S. in International Business, Global Supply Chain Management, with a minor in French from Bryant University and continued her education in Digital Media and Marketing at Duke University. Escaping the cold winters in New England, she now lives in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, with her one-eyed cat, Whisky. Outside of the office, you will find Kate sailing around the VI, reading and writing on the beach, or planning her next trip to Scotland.
