Biography

Yasmine’s professional journey has been diverse and multifaceted, spanning 20+ years and encompassing various roles in different industries. She initially embarked on her career in marketing and communications with Chase Manhattan Bank, where she gained exposure to human resources through collaboration on employee experience and community service initiatives. This experience provided her with a foundational understanding of human resources practices. Transitioning from banking to professional services, Yasmine managed operations and human resources for the leading Anheuser-Busch distributor in Oklahoma. This shift allowed her to apply her skills in a different context while gaining valuable experience in managing HR functions within a different framework. Yasmine’s career trajectory continued to evolve as she joined Fintrac, Inc. a US-based consulting firm in international development. Here, she assumed a position with oversight of global human resources, indicating a significant step forward in her HR career. Managing HR on a global scale presented unique challenges and opportunities to develop her expertise in areas such as international labor laws, cross-cultural communication, and global talent management. Through her journey, Yasmine has demonstrated versatility by successfully transitioning between different industries and functional areas within organizations.

She holds a B.A. in Public Communications from American University, and an MPA from the University of the Virgin Islands.
