As Head of Technology, Mike is responsible for the Perfected Claims Technology Organization, composed of a scaled software development team, project management, and IT Operations.

In his prior roles in the retail and healthcare industries, Mike has led multidisciplinary teams to translate original concepts into large-scale production deployments. His strategic vision and management skills have been instrumental in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market share expansion. Mike has delivered global capabilities across the functional spectrum, from CRM/Marketing Technology to Patient Clinical Trial applications. He navigates complex projects via expertise spanning across regulatory compliance, agile methodologies, and systems architecture.

Passionate about data, Mike is pursuing a Masters in Advanced Analytics and is poised to take the Mass Tort industry on an Artificial Intelligence journey. His dedication to innovation and strategic leadership has positioned him to elevate this space via technology.
