Here, she played a pivotal role in developing a sustainable post-settlement process and client service program spanning the settlement's 65-year claims window, catering to individual injured parties and their families while meeting stringent settlement requirements.
Venturing further into mass torts, Melissa assumed leadership roles at Epiq Global, where she oversaw multiple teams and led the transition to a project management approach in the post-settlement department. As a seasoned Client Service Manager, she supervised five Project Management teams handling national torts such as Transvaginal Mesh, RoundUp, Asbestos, Avandia, NFL Concussion, and Hernia Mesh. Through collaboration with leading law firms nationwide, Melissa gained invaluable insight into their requirements, identified areas of risk, and recognized the administrator's pivotal role in driving litigation success.
