Her role as a subject matter expert spans the entire spectrum of Mass Tort operations, from Case Development and Management to Claims Administration, Settlement Administration, and beyond.

Leslie’s visionary leadership paved the way from the implementation of cutting-edge Case Management services, enriching the experience for clients and expanding the organization's service offerings. She thrives in streamlining workflows to enhance client interaction through technology product design. Leslie epitomizes leadership and expertise in Mass Tort. Why did you join Perfected Claims and /or why are you so passionate about the work we do?:

I have been in the Mass Tort industry for the past 14 years. I continued to grow my professional career in this industry because I knew that the outcome of my work made a difference to those that had been unnecessarily harmed. I joined Perfected Claims because I was excited to use my skills and experience to help strengthen the business, the people, and the industry. The passion that Perfected Claims has for the clients and solving the pain points in this industry made me want to be a part of this great and exciting journey.
