Since I was young, I found passion and meaning in serving others. As I started my career in Mass Torts, I had opportunities to travel to impacted areas to assist in the client acquisition and case maturation process. I then brought my attention to national mass torts to manage the lifecycle of a tort. Over the past 8 years, I’ve built and led client acquisition and case maturations teams over multiple torts. My experience has led me to my current role at Perfected Claims overseeing the end-to-end processes for Ground Torts. My department’s success will be defined by our client acquisition and case maturation experience and metrics.

Why did you join Perfected Claims and /or why are you so passionate about the work we do?:

I joined Perfected Claims because of their vision for their company, their employees, and their clients. It was clear to me we shared the same north star – passion and empathy to serve those who have been harmed until justice and recovery is served.
