Darryl focuses on fueling Perfected Claims' organizational excellence and performance, revenue growth, and long-term business strategy. He oversees the marketing, creative, human resources, culture, and compliance functions within the company.

Before joining Perfected Claims, Darryl was Founder and Managing Partner of ULTRAte Strategy and Advisors, a management consulting firm where he helped clients establish clear corporate/organizational vision, set strategic focus, and design and energize the governance and operational leadership structure to execute it.

Much of Darryl's career has been focused on discreetly advising leaders and organizations on navigating through rough and changing seas while keeping perspective and focus within sometimes chaotic environments. Among the clients Darryl has advised are philanthropic, non-profit, healthcare/medicine, public transportation, higher education, technology, real estate, sports and entertainment, and hospitality sector leaders.

Darryl has led the strategic and operational efforts of one of the nation's most ambitious and complex real estate redevelopments, has co-founded and led a groundbreaking non-profit organization, facilitated the long-term visioning and strategic planning for corporate and non-profit boards, and closely advises chief executives, board leaders, and senior executives from multiple sectors on leadership, strategy, team building, and governance. He speaks nationally in vision setting, strategy, public engagement, and leadership.

Darryl is the former Managing Director/CEO of Pearl Brewery and the founding President and CEO of SA2020.‍
