Allison O’Boyle is Perfected Claims’ Director of Creative Services. She oversees the organization’s design function, manages creative team members, and drives the firm’s creative excellence internally and for public-facing projects.
Allison played a pivotal role in revamping Perfected Claims’s visual brand identity, including a refresh of the firm’s logo and a full website redesign. She first joined the company as Digital Design & Marketing Manager in June 2022, following extensive experience in progressively creative roles.
Prior to Perfected Claims, Allison served as Digital Design and Marketing Manager at Fintrac, a global consulting firm. She has also held various creative positions at International Capital & Management Company, Walker & Dunlop, and Ketchum Digital’s award-winning creative agency. Throughout her career, Allison has contributed to numerous campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and notable brands such as Mastercard, Hilton Hotels, Hewlett Packard, IBM, and FedEx.
Outside of Perfected Claims, Allison is Board Vice President at My Brother’s Workshop, a nonprofit organization serving at-risk youth in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Allison holds a BA in Interactive Multimedia and Graphic Design from James Madison University.
When she’s not busy bringing Perfected Claims’ creative vision to life, Allison enjoys listening to music, sailing or boating with her family and friends, and unwinding with yoga.

At Perfected Claims, creativity knows no bounds. As Director of Creative Services, I have the privilege of leading a team that dares to dream big and bring visions to life, while reimagining a new direction for the mass tort industry.
