Jessica’s expertise lies in crafting strategic roadmaps to fuel organizational growth, supporting projects by driving efficient and lean operations, providing transparency through data analytics, and revamping operational processes through technology. Notable accomplishments include creating and informing cost and revenue models for multi-million dollar contracts, identifying and introducing a technology solution, transferring a manual spreadsheet review process into a logic-based system for a project requiring 70K reviews, and informing partners on project progress by creating expertly designed reporting. With a keen eye for detail, Jessica has experience managing multiple mass tort projects, implementing new technologies to streamline operations and client outcomes and providing key insights to leadership and partners on project progress and risk mitigation. I am passionate about working in the mass tort industry because I am deeply committed to helping clients receive the awards they rightfully deserve. I believe in the importance of driving efficient operations to streamline the process and minimize the pain points for clients navigating through litigation. By focusing on creating efficient processes through technology, we can ensure that clients have a smoother experience during what can be a very challenging journey.
